Once you’ve added all the items you’d like to rent to your cart, proceed to checkout to complete your order. At checkout, you’ll pay for the 30-day rental period and the delivery fee. After your order has been submitted, our team will contact you to finalize a delivery date and provide our rental agreement for signing. Once the agreement is signed and the date is confirmed, all you have to do is sit back and wait for delivery day! If we are unable to accommodate your preferred delivery date, we’ll refund the full amount of your order.

No, a very reasonable Delivery/Pickup Charge is added to the order. For deliveries/pickups in our Primary Delivery Area, the combined Delivery/Pickup Charge is a flat amount of $75 for the 2 trips (ie. $37.50 each way), regardless of the number of items being rented. For deliveries outside our Primary Delivery Area, please don't hesitate to reach out to us!

Our delivery team will bring each item into the property, allowing you to set it up exactly how you’d like. Please note that while we handle the delivery with care, you are responsible for hanging any artwork. Additionally, all bins and bags used for the drop-off must remain in the home and be available on-site for pickup.

In order to provide all our clients with the best quality possible, all orders must be delivered by our trained delivery team to prevent damage during transit. In special circumstances, we may consider customer requests for pick-up—please reach out to us to discuss your needs."
