Our Process
1. Let’s get together! During our consultation, we’ll walk through the home together, determine which spaces should be staged, take any necessary measurements, and gather key information. This helps us plan the layout and select pieces that will best highlight your home’s features. We’ll also review the timeline and answer any questions you may have.
2. After the consultation, we’ll create a custom estimate and finalize the staging date. From there, we begin curating the ideal furnishings, accessories, and decor tailored to your home. We also start space planning to ensure every detail aligns with the home’s layout and style.
3. On staging day, we’ll deliver and install the selected pieces, styling the space to feel polished, inviting, and ready for buyers. Once complete, your home will be photo-ready and prepared to hit the market with impact.
4. After your home has sold, we’ll coordinate a convenient time to return and remove all staging items.
